Minnie Me

Minnie Me

Once upon a time, I went to Disneyland with my sister Michelle back in April for her birthday and shot “Minnie Me” for you all. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, the lookbook was lost and never shared on the Crystal Avenue. However do not fret, this story ends well as “Minnie Me” was recovered. Without further ado, I present to you today's lookbook “Minnie Me.”

As you may or may not already know, I love Disneyland and thought it was finally time to pay a little homage to Disneyland on the Crystal Avenue. When I visit a theme park, I struggle a little bit at first to create a look, since I want to dress comfortably for the full day ahead while trying to incorporate my style into the outfit. Thus, the shoes become my foundation to start styling the theme park look.

For “Minnie Me,” I went with the practical route and chose my black ked-like shoes from Target. With the SoCal weather warming up, I then chose a basic white cami and black shorts from H&M to match alongside the floral print kimono that I also purchased from H&M a while back. When I wore “Minnie Me,” the floral print kimono allowed me to cover up at my discretion, and stay cool until the night. Lastly, I couldn’t complete the look without a pair of Minnie Mouse ears that was very easy to color coordinate against.

I cannot wait to be back at Disneyland again with my sister, Michelle, some time this year as it is Disneyland’s 60th anniversary celebration. Until then, I will reminisce my Disneyland adventure and all the delicious food I had through these photographs. I hope you all have a fantastic week and I will see you again.
