Before I start my review, I wanted say a big thank you to my aunt Lisa for letting me rummage through her nail polish collection for today’s Manicure Monday - I will see you again soon. With that said, today’s Manicure Monday features Opi’s “The Spy Who Loved Me” from the Sky Fall/James Bond collection. When I first saw this color in my aunt Lisa’s nail polish collection, I was entranced by the glitter specs as the color reminded me of Christmas bows. I know, Christmas is roughly nine months away, but Christmas is one of my favorite holidays. And so, wearing “The Spy Who Loved Me” allows me to momentarily think about the warm feelings of Christmas and happiness during this Spring season.

As a big fan of OPI and red nail varnishes, “The Spy Who Loved Me” is a very pretty opaque red and applies on very smoothly. I really enjoy the formula, as the consistency is not watery or thick. If you plan to wear "The Spy Who Loved Me," to make the color pop, be sure to apply two to three coats of “The Spy Who Loved Me,” and then a top coat for that extra shine.

“The Spy Who Loved Me” has definitely entered into my list of favorite red nail polishes. I can’t wait to re-wear this color when the holidays are back around. Readers, have you tried “The Spy Who Loved Me,” or any of the other colors in the Sky Fall/James Bond collection from OPI? Let me know your thoughts and if I should try another color in the comments below.
