March On
“Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world.”
With the right pair of shoes, a woman can truly conquer the world as they elevate our confidence, height, style, and make life different. Thus tonight’s post “March On” focalizes on shoes and marching forward. As every day gives us new opportunities, we have a chance to change and alter our lives how we see fit. And so, what better way to march forward with a new month than a pair of pumps?
For “March On,” I am wearing Kiki by XHIL from Target. When I saw these pumps in the corner of my eye at Target, I automatically knew they needed to be in my shoe collection. There are a few reasons for my impulsive attraction - one, the cutout strap design has been a favorite style of mine, two, the color red, and three, the overall fierceness that exudes from these pumps.
Since the shoes were the focal point of the entire outfit, I kept the upper half simple with choosing a look with a neutral color palette. In this look, I am wearing a leather jacket from H&M, a square neck top and jersey knit pants that I thrifted, and a handlet from Dailylook.
