Run Away With Me
Happy May, everyone! In case I do not blog again in the next few days, I wish you a “May the Fourth be with you,” “Happy Cinco De Mayo,” and a “Happy Mother’s Day” to all the fearless mothers, mothers-to-be, and the individuals who take on a mother role. Also, a special shout to all my Taurus and Gemini folks: whether you chose to pamper yourself or celebrate with others, remember to do you and have a good one.
With warmer days ahead of us, today on the Crystal Avenue, I finally bring to you “Run Away With Me.” As you may have guessed by looking at my hair color, I shot “Run Away With Me” a year ago and is another lookbook of mine that I never got around to posting—sorry Andrew!
In “Run Away With Me,” I created a casual, monochromatic weekend look. I started the look with a white light sweater from Express. What I love about the sweater is that it hangs loose at the front, allowing me to not feel restricted as I am running errands throughout the day or weekend. Who doesn’t love an effortless, slouchy look from time to time? To not let the sweater take the spotlight of my outfit, I decided to tuck in my sweater into my H&M black shorts. I finished the look with a pair a nike shoes for comfort, pearl earrings, a rose gold watch from GUESS, and my backpack from Target.
