Happy Wednesday aka Hump Day to you all!
We are back with the final installment of my collaboration with Tobi. If you haven’t seen my last two posts, I teamed up with Tobi, an online women’s fashion boutique in Los Angeles, to bring to you a three part collaboration series. For good measure and to wrap up on my collaboration series, I am sending a final thanks to Kristel and everyone at Tobi for this opportunity, and to my sister Michelle for always supporting me and shooting this little number with me.
I am ending the Tobi collaboration series with a simple look I titled as “Dream Big, Babe.” Before I go into the outfit details, the reason why I named this look “Dream Big, Babe,” is to remind myself and to all the babes out there, to never be afraid to go after your dreams, no matter how big or small they are. Please don’t give up if one door closes. Trust me, I have had my share of doors closing on me, and went through many different adversities that opened new doors and opportunities. Even though, I don’t know what the future will hold, I believe you are where you need to be when you are working towards your dreams.
For “Dream Big, Babe,” I created a casual look that I could take to a concert, amusement park, festival, or even a casual date. Thus I went for Tobi’s “Bailey Crew Neck Tee,” a lightweight tee with the word babe, sitting on top of my heart. I paired the “Bailey Crew Neck Tee” with light blue, high-waisted jeans, octagon earrings, and Addias sneakers. When wearing tees, I like choosing different earrings to add in little intricate details that only if you are looking at me up close or near me, you can see the details. Plus, I wanted to be different and stray away from wearing my trusty gold hoops and choose a different shape of earrings. Overall, I wanted the look of “Dream Big, Babe” to be cool and casual, and for me to be as comfortable in my own skin as I could be.
As I close on the my final collaboration post with Tobi, let me know down in the comments below, which one was your favorite look. Have a great rest of your week and I will see you again soon. Take care.
