Wildest Dreams
Happy Valentine’s Day, Single Awareness Day or just another laidback Sunday, everyone! Specifically for my ladies, happy Galentine’s Day to you as well. I know Leslie Knope (Amy Pohler) from Parks and Rec states that Galentine’s is the 13th to celebrate female relationships. However why can’t we also have Galentine’s and Valentine’s on the same day? I don’t know about you, but I don’t think it matters if you are single or not. Corny or not, the day (and everyday) should be showcased and spent with any one of your loved ones minus the commercialization, and not just the 14th for your significant other.
Before you all get the impression that I am not a romantic, I am dedicating “Wildest Dreams” to my boyfriend. So if you are reading this, boyfriend, this post and quick message is for you: It’s not every day that I get dolled up, and do a secret and cool photoshoot with my sister for you. With that said, thank you for being in my life. There is no one else that I would rather have as my dining partner and significant other. Happy Valentine’s Day, every day babe!
In “Wildest Dreams,” I am wearing the “Glamorous Lace Mesh Paneled Romper” from Dailylook. As a lover of all things lace, the romper epitomizes a romantic tone, which is perfect for a night out on the town with your significant other or a group of girlfriends. The romper also has a high neckline and a keyhole back that is not too revealing and gives a subtle flirty vibe.
I wanted to vamp up “Wildest Dreams,” thus I wore a bold red lip for a color blocking effect. For my accessories, I went for my strappy heels from Aldo that my sister gifted me for Christmas, a rose gold watch from GUESS that my boyfriend gave me, and square earrings from Forever 21 for a consistency of color.
