Rompers and floral prints season is slowly approaching on the Crystal Avenue. With comfort and ease of styling, you can never go wrong with a romper, especially in the spring and summer seasons. Personally, I like to style my rompers without any additional outer pieces like a light jacket or long cardigan, unless the event calls for one or if I am wearing the look to through to the night. For “The Sweetest Escape,” I only added a basic brown belt to keep the overall look simple and to accentuate my waist line.
The effect of adding the touch of a belt also ties the color palette of “The Sweetest Escape” together, neutralizing and matching against the brown wedges from BCBGMAXAZRIA. However as many of you already know about my styling choices, if there is an opportunity to color block, I will take the opportunity to do so. This time for “The Sweetest Escape,” the pop of color was added to my ears with teal teardrop earrings that I purchased last spring season from 2020AVE and have been a conversation starter every time I pair them with an outfit. How is March Madness for everyone? March for me has been a tad bit crazier than the last few years. Between me juggling my 8 to 5 job, studying for an upcoming exam, squeezing time for a post on the Crystal Avenue, having room for my friends and family, and using the remaining time I have left to relax and read, the word mad doesn’t even graze the essence of it all. However throughout the madness, I am truly appreciative of my support system and I wouldn’t know what I would do without you all. Also, thanks for continually to enjoy the content on the Crystal Avenue. I have a few projects I want to partake in, in the following months to come. So be sure to stay tuned!
