Empty Streets
It feels like its been forever since I posted up a fashion post - it’s been a tad bit busy on my end. Now that it is the weekend, I put together another date night look with your lovebug or just a night on the town. I love putting soft and romantic, girly pieces like dresses together with edgier articles of clothing. The statement the look gives off is alluring, since you are showcasing pieces that are opposites.
Inspired by the song “Empty Streets” by Late Night Alumni, I am wearing a skater dress from Forever 21, my favorite moto jacket from H&M and heels from Aldo. When I laid eyes on the skater dress from Forever 21, I knew it was a piece I needed in my closet. Not only because the dress is cobalt blue, I really like the design of a skater dress, as it is slightly pleated. Skater dresses should be an essential piece in everyone’s closet, because they are perfect to wear for any season and looks great with any leather jacket.
For the skater dress I am wearing for “Empty Streets,” I also really like the back design of the dress, due to the criss-cross halter straps. Details are pictured below:
