Chic to Chic

Another case of the manic Mondays has returned and we are already at the last week of October. If I can say so myself, October has been slightly erratic and very busy. However at the end of a busy day, I am constantly reminded that I love working towards my goals and dreams.

A couple of weekends ago, I took advantage of the little warm days the bay area has left and shot “Chic to Chic” with my sister. Themed towards a girl’s night out, the night always calls for a fabulous pair of heels. Ergo in “Chic to Chic,” I am wearing a pair of grey-beige booties from Zara that was gifted to me by my Aunt Lisa. Not only are these booties chic, they are absolutely comfortable as well. Thank you again, Aunt Lisa!

For the upper portion of “Chic to Chic,” I paired a simple sheer blouse with black lining around the collar and sleeves from Forever 21 and black shorts from H&M. As I wanted to dress in a light, neutral color palette, I completed the look with square rose gold earrings.
